All plushies are handmade and hand painted, therefore each one is unique. There may be variations from plushie to plushie.
How to get a Guilty Treasure of your very own:
BUYING
◊ Please look through our stock!
◊ If you see something you are interested in buying, please leave a comment. In this comment, please state the item that you are interested in and ask all questions prior to purchase. We will get back to you. For commissions, see below.

◊ All comments with personal information such as an email or home address will be screened, unless otherwise noted.
◊ If we do not hear from you, or receive payment in a reasonable amount of time, we will put the item/s back up.
◊ we will only hold an item for 30 days.
◊ Non-InsaneJournal users are welcome! Please leave an email address where we can reach you and please let us know which item you are interested in.
PAYMENT
◊ We happily accept PayPal, Money Orders and Personal Checks. With international buyers, we prefer PayPal only.
◊ We must receive your payment within 14 days of confirmation, unless it is a commission piece. All Personal Checks will be held for 14 days after receipt for clearing.
◊ Do not send payment until you receive an invoice from us.
◊ All sales are final.
LAYAWAY
◊ Layaway is available on any order that totals $75.00 or more. This does include commissioned pieces that are priced at or over $75.
◊ Initial deposit must be at least 30% of the total. Deposit may be made in installments. The entire 30% deposit must be received before the item(s) will be put on hold. If the item(s) sell before the full deposit is made a full refund will be issued in the form of a merchandise credit.
◊ Guilty Treasures will hold layaway items for a period of no more than 90 days.
◊ Items placed on layaway will not be offered for sale during this time.
◊ A deposit in the form of paypal, check, or money order must be received by Guilty Treasures within 7 days of placing the item on layaway.
◊ Layaway may be cancelled within fourteen days of receipt of deposit. After fourteen days a $15.00 service charge will be deducted from the refund. All layaway refunds will be in the form of a merchandise credit. NO EXCEPTIONS.
◊ Upon receipt of layaway deposit, we will issue a layaway confirmation form stating date placed on layaway, amount due, and final payment due date.
◊ Any layaway not paid in full within the 90 day period will be placed back into stock unless other arrangements have been made.
◊ Payment must be made in full before any items will be shipped.
◊ This layaway program is for your convenience and benefit. If it begins to be abused, then we will discontinue the program.
SHIPPING
◊ Prices include shipping with insurance and delivery confirmation within the continental United States. International orders, please inquire. Many of the items are very light weight.
◊ Your order will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail as soon as it is paid in full.
Please note that shipping times are ESTIMATES ONLY. These times are estimated from the date an item is shipped, NOT from when an order is placed.
- Domestic shipping will generally take about 4-10 days. If you need it sooner, please inquire about shipping with Priority Mail - this does cost extra.
- International shipping will take anywhere from 10 days to 8 weeks depending on where you live. If you need it sooner, please inquire about International Priority or Express Mail - these prices are not pretty. Also note that First Class International Mail CANNOT have insurance. First Class International Mail can ONLY BE REGISTERED. This cost - $9.50 and up according to location. Not all countries can receive International Express Mail.
◊ If you are ordering for a special occasion or during holiday seasons, PLEASE make sure you order at least 3 weeks before that holiday.
◊ We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or misdirected items during the shipping process. However, we will be happy to assist you in resolving postal situations. Although rare, postal service does lose packages. You will be provided with your delivery confirmation number in the shipping notification email.
COMMISSIONS
Commissions are accepted on a first come, first serve basis. We also give preference to those who pay in advance.
If you want a plushie made all we will need from you is:
1. A front and back shot of the character (if a back isn’t available, a side shot) in color. Feel free to link us to pictures on websites for reference.
2. Size or type of plushie that you would like made. Please check out our Plushie Gallery to get an idea of the sizes we offer.
You can send your commission orders to us via comment or in a detailed email to: schwarzfiles@aol.com with the subject: “Plushie order”
Depending on the size of the item, it will take anywhere from 2 weeks to 4 months to complete your commission. Once you make a commission, we can tell you approximately how long the item will take to complete.
Payment Terms: 30% of the final cost is expected at the time of commission (this is non-refundable and will be used toward the final cost of your item). The remainder of the payment is expected at time of order completion. If we can't complete your commission request, we will refund your money. We'll do our best to make sure the plushie meets your expectations, however all sales are final.
